Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 2 working days of payment being confirmed.

Once dispatched, your order is usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days depending on your location.

International delivery
We deliver worldwide. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be applied by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Returns
We want your experience with Soreli to be perfect. If your piece isn't right for you, you have 14 days from receipt to make a return.
Return conditions
Returned products must be:
unworn
undamaged
returned in their original packaging
Any returned product that is incomplete, worn or damaged cannot be refunded.
Return costs
Return costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the parcel arrives safely.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, the refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of ordering. Processing the refund may take up to 14 days after receipt of the return.
Promotional offers
For promotional offers (for example: Buy 2, get 1 free), the following conditions apply:
the free piece appears in the order with a value of €0
returning the free product on its own does not give rise to any refund
In the event of a partial return of an order that benefited from a promotion, the promotional benefit will be cancelled and the products kept will be recalculated at the non-promotional unit price.
To receive a full refund, all products in the offer must be returned.
